A Creative Miracle
With the many different types of healings I’ve witnessed, some are what I would classify as a creative miracle. The healing involves restoring broken or missing limbs, organs, etc., for the person to function normally. These miracles can only come by supernatural means. I want to share an example of a mighty, creative miracle for a woman with a crushed arm.
One Sunday evening, a family came to our service. I noticed the mother’s right arm was hanging at her side. I asked her, “How can I pray for you?” She said, “My arm was crushed in a roller at a wood mill. The nerves are destroyed, and the bones are broken from the shoulder to the wrist.” I took her right arm in one hand, holding her wrist, and put my other hand under her elbow. I slightly lifted her arm while praying for her; I quietly commanded that her arm be made whole, to be healed in the Name of Jesus. As I held her arm for a few minutes, her eyes begin to get a wide-eyed expression. She said, “I can feel your fingers touching my arm!” I asked, “What does that mean?” And she answered, “I have no nerves in my arm, and I could not feel anything until right now!” I was still holding her arm, and she took it out of my hands, lifting it straight up in the air! Her husband, who is standing beside her, said, “She can’t do that!” She turned around, throwing her arms around him, embraced him, then hugged her daughters. With tears of joy, she exclaimed, “I’ve not been able to hug them for three years. The following day, she went back to the doctor to show him her arm with brand-new bones and nerves, which Jesus instantly created.
Our wonderful God made us, and He delights to fix all our brokenness. He made provision for us by giving us Jesus that ‘by His stripes, we are healed. Isaiah 53:5
On another Sabbath, He went into the synagogue and taught, and a man was present whose right hand was withered. … Then He (Jesus) glanced around at them all and said to the man, “Stretch out your hand!” And he did so, and his hand was fully restored like the other one. Luke 6:6,10 AMP
